Start with your dog’s current skills and confidence, then choose adjustable equipment you can “grow” with. Use the product specifications to pick the right size (tunnel length, jump height range, number of long-jump segments), and focus on safe, gradual training rather than maximum difficulty.

How do I know what equipment size is right for my dog?

In FCI agility, dogs are measured at the withers (shoulder height) and grouped into S/M/I/L. These categories determine jump heights and long-jump distances. Adjustable jumps help you start low and build up safely.

Is the equipment suitable for both outdoor and indoor use - and what about rain and winter?

Yes—our equipment is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, including rain and winter conditions. Because it’s sewn rather than welded, it performs extremely well even with large temperature swings.

How do returns work in the online store?

Accepted Answer

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods and is obliged to return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice being delivered; the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. Please check the exceptions to the right of withdrawal before purchasing (e.g., custom-made items).

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged, or if something goes wrong later on?

On delivery, please check the parcel for damage and report any shipping issues to the carrier. For tunnels, inspect the fabric for wear and the reinforcement for damage. If a tunnel is damaged, do not use it—contact us (some damage can be repaired).
